What do I do if I want to conduct an online procedure with several parties?
You have the option of inviting other participants to an online procedure. After you have created a user account and identified yourself in your personal space, complete the details of your project: here you have the option of inviting other participants. The invited participants will automatically receive an invitation by e-mail.
All persons involved who have to sign a certificate as part of your project must be invited to the online procedure. If you are not sure which persons are involved in your project, please contact your notary. You also have the option of inviting advisors (e.g. tax advisors, lawyers) to join the procedure.
