The Bundesnotarkammer (hereinafter referred to as “BNotK” or “we”) takes the protection of your personal data, e.g. information on personal and factual relationships of an identified or identifiable natural person, very seriously. The processing of your personal data is carried out exclusively in our data centres located in Germany.

5. Transfer of your personal data to third parties
This website is operated in the data centre of Rockenstein AG, Ohmstraße 12, 97076 Würzburg, Germany. The service provider has been contractually obligated to ensure the protection of your personal data through technical and organisational measures in accordance with Article 28 of the GDPR.
