Which are the fees for conducting a notarial online procedure?
Notarial fees are regulated by law and are the same throughout Germany. Your notary will gladly explain the statutory costs. Everything is included in the price, from the consultation and drafting of the contract to notarisation and execution. Further information and examples of notarial fees can be found here.
In addition to the legally determined fees for authentication or certification, a flat fee of 25 euros per authentication procedure and 8 euros per certification procedure (plus VAT) is due. Your notary will calculate this flat fee after the procedure has been completed.
